20th Annual TEC Awards held in San Francisco

Bob Ludwig and Gateway Mastering Studios win 2004 TEC Award

At the 20th Annual TEC Awards held Saturday night in San Francisco, Bob Ludwig, President of Gateway Mastering and DVD here in Portland, Maine, won his unprecedented 12th TEC Award for his mastering of Radiohead's "Hail To The Thief" album in the "Outstanding Creative Achievement: Album Record Production" category.

Bob's mastering facility, Gateway Mastering Studios won it's 8th Award in it’s 12 year history!

This year's Technical Creativity and Excellence awards were hosted by Harry Shearer (the actor whose voice brings life to many of The Simpsons characters) and featured appearances by George Lucas, famous director and creator of Starwars, Janet Jackson and Walter Becker from Steely Dan.
